Born in 1983 in Juba South Sudan to the family of Pastor Idris Naloth father and mother Alawia Mohammed Noor, she is among the South Sudanese ladies who had the privileges to have education as girl child from the Murle community in South Sudan. She is a very influential lady among South Sudanese communities both inside South Sudan and outside especially among the refugees who are empowered through are experience and connection. She is one of the Founders of Bio Aid South Sudan a national non- Governmental organization that works in helping communities on the health sector in South Sudan, through the organization many health and livelihood programmes where delivered and achieved through the funding from the international donors ( Core Group, Bill and Melinda Gates, Mcking) and as many other well-wishers. Madam Sarah has also works experiences in the aviation sectors, Flex Air Cargo Assistant Operation Manager and IT. She has been technical personnel with Legislative Drafting Committee for more than five years at the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Development Republic of South Sudan. She is currently the Chair Lady of the Board of Directors Bio Aid Organization
