General Assembly Body
It is the supreme body of ARRD, comprising randomly selected 200 beneficiary heads of household from both refugee and host communities. The main function of this body is to approve policies developed by the Board of Directors and also share feedback of achievements of the organization.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is made up of seven qualified members drawn from various ethnic groups, and one technical advisor. They are empowered to act as a policy and decision-making body in achieving the core objectives of the organization. The board members, led by a chairperson and a vice-chairperson, are guided by terms of reference.
The executive body manages the daily operational and administrative affairs of the organization and implements the policies developed by the Board. It comprises of nine key members, supervised by an Executive Director, and all of them are accountable to the Board, stakeholders and donors.
